This Fire King pattern by Anchor Hocking of Candle Glow with dark blue and gold candles, will add fun to any vintage kitchen! 

HISTORY

Fire King was a product line of heat-resistant glass launched by the Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation in 1942. Production of these pieces stopped in 1979. However, there were commemorative pieces made in 1992 and a reproduction line, with different molds, that began in 2000. Pieces in the mid-century could be found in flour bags, coffee, or as giveaways.

DETAILS

• Produced between 1967 - 1972, this 8" square baking dish is in excellent condition. The colors are still very bright with minimal fading.
• There are a few flea bites on two corners and some pitting inside the dish aligning with 60 years of use. Under one of the handles there is slight staining around a small piece of milk glass.
  
• Generally oven safe up to 425 degrees.

I recommend hand-washing to maintain the dish's beauty. Enjoy!
