Game History:
Invented by William Henry Storey from Southend-on-Sea, England and trademarked in 1929. The US patent was issued to Parker Brothers in 1934 and is based off of India's game of Pachisi (aka "Parcheesi").
Game Details:
🎲 Finished size = approximately 20" x 20"
🎲 Board is in great condition for over 70 years old. The colors are bright and gorgeous! There is a spot on one of the squares. Please see picture.
🎲 All pieces are present including the wonderful brightly colored wood playing pieces. The cards are complete and appear hardly used. The instructions are included and there is a fun insert by Parker Brothers.
🎲 The box is the small box version by Parker Brothers and is in remarkable condition. There are a couple of creases on the lid and the back has a few light spots.
Games contain small pieces and are not intended for children under the age of 4.
