Vintage 1950s Pyrex pink refrigerator dish perfect for storing, heating, and serving. This 1.5 pint piece transitions seamlessly from fridge to oven to table, making it a practical addition to any kitchen.

HISTORY

The Pyrex Solid Pink Refrigerator Set was produced between 1956 and 1963. Color opal ware was the result of a collaboration between Corning Glass Works and the US Government to create a sturdy, unbreakable dish for WWII soldiers.  

DETAILS

• This dish is structurally in wonderful shape. Unfortunately, it appears that it was placed in the dishwasher many times, causing the color to fade.
• Based on the backstamp, this dish was part of the set likely sold in the late 1950s or early 1960s.
• The 502C lid is in great condition. There are a few flea bites on the inside lip and there is a very small chip on one corner.
• The dish measures 6.75" x  4.25" x 2.5".

I recommend hand washing to preserve the color. Enjoy!
